What this means for our clients

Since 1991 we have delivered print management, fulfilment and mailing services for government departments, local authorities, major companies and institutions. Because we manage rather than manufacture, the quality of what you receive depends entirely on how rigorously we select, brief and monitor the people who produce it. That is exactly what our quality management system is built to control.

In practice, certification means:

  • Approved suppliers only. Every printer, finisher and mailing house we use is formally evaluated and re-assessed on quality, reliability, delivery and communication. Underperformance is recorded and acted on.
  • Nothing progresses on assumption. Every enquiry, estimate, order and proof is reviewed and confirmed in writing before work begins, so what you approve is what you get.
  • Traceability from enquiry to delivery. Every job is recorded and tracked through our management information system, giving a clear audit trail at any stage.
  • Complaints taken seriously. Any issue is logged, investigated at root cause, and closed out with corrective action — not simply resolved and forgotten.
  • Independent scrutiny. Our system is internally audited and externally assessed by [certification body], and reviewed by our directors at management review.
  • Continual improvement. Measurable quality objectives covering on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and supplier performance are monitored and reviewed throughout the year.
